Below, I include a fun list of cultural games and videos on bias and ethics. The videos are from the Ethics Unwrapped page. Here are two possible activities before our next workshop. Please discuss as a group which option you will select.
- Divide into teams of 5-6 colleagues. As a team, decide WHICH of the activities and videos below you will explore (the videos are very short, so it's probably fine to choose more than one). Meet to discuss your experiences and lessons learned.

Interesting Cultural and Social Justice Activities
FAIRPLAY GAME - An interesting activity to review the experiences of an African-American graduate student.
PROJECT IMPLICIT - A series of simulations to test unconscious bias.
REAL LIVES - This online game costs $20 per person (lifetime access) provides an eye opening experience. You will receive a "role" (i.e., you are from country x, were born in...) and then you will see what is likely to happen to you, considering statistical data from that location.
SPENT - What does it feel like to make minimum wages? Try it on this free online simulation.
