There are five key pieces to this presentation in which participants will:
1. Distinguish between change execution and change adoption
2. Successfully classify stakeholders into 5 categories
3. Effectively strategize to maximize adoption by using situational leadership modeling
4. Execute on the change with action planning and trouble shooting techniques
5. Measure success and create a model for scaling

She holds an M.S. in Leadership Development earned at Drake University.  Kenna resides in Des Moines, Iowa with her family.
