About 360 Tools
During the presentation, I mentioned that it's possible to use a more cost-effective tool, one that allows participants to control their own 360 process. The tool I recommend is called
SelfStir
(visit its page HERE). The tool is customizable (you will need to contact the owners for a corporate account) so you may enter your own survey, logo, etc. The price is very reasonable. Important disclaimer and caveat: I have no ties with Self Stir other than being a satisfied client.
