In this session, you will have an opportunity to learn about coaching skills such as active listening, asking powerful questions and being present. These coaching skills will help you lead with compassion and confidence in the changing times we live in.

Emina Hastings is a human resources consultant at Affiliates Management Company, the holding company of the Iowa Credit Union League. With more than 10 years of experience, Emina has a passion for people and works alongside employees to provide resources and support for growing and developing professionally. Recently, Emina has obtained a certificate in mentoring, coaching and leadership development from Grand View University and is also a certified health coach. Emina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Trinity International University.
