Megan Sorg graduated in Spring 2018. She's an Instructional Designer at Principal Financial Group in Des Moines.
Marsha Kephart will graduate in fall 2019. She is an Executive Vice President at Iowa State Bank in Des Moines.

Nicki Atkinson graduated in Dec. 2011 from the Adult Learning and Organizational Performance (ALOP) program. She is a Senior eLearning Designer at ServiceNow.
Kayla Sherwood will graduate in spring 2021. She is a Learning Developer at The Waldinger Corporation in Des Moines.
Kelli Olson graduated in May 2016 from the MSLD program. She is employed at Wells Fargo as an Instructional Design Associate Manager.
Amy Brown finished the program in August 2019. She is a Circulation Supervisor at Grinnell College Library in Grinnell, IA.
Michael Kline graduated August 2019. His Capstone topic synopsis: Through a personal weight loss journey involving virtual reality as the main mechanism I have created a unique way for people to connect through videogaming to achieve a healthier lifestyle. I am working on innovative ways to bring this to standalone storefronts, businesses, as well as colleges and university campuses. Each individual decision has held it's own adaptive challenges and for my capstone presentation I will disseminate many of the key leadership responsibilities and pitfalls I encountered throughout my journey.
